Co-founder and senior partner of BVI Law Firm Forbes Hare, Glenroy Forbes, former Financial Secretary to successive governments, was recalled to the post of Financial Secretary in 2017. Mr. Forbes is presently the Chief Financial/Fiscal Advisor to the Minister of Finance. He previously served as Financial Secretary from 1991 to 1998 and again from 2002 to 2005.
